malware problem

i have a diabled start bar, and icon bar, i can't change the volume, i cant use hotkeys or key short cuts, i think i have some kind of malware this is the hyjackthis log, sorry im really new at this. any help would be fine thanks.

Hi joeychaos88

You are running two Anti-Virus programs. This is not a good idea they can cause conflicts between each other and actually give you less protection.
Avast4
AVG7
Please remove 1 of them, your choice on which one.

Microsoft Defender normally provides real-time protection from spyware, however it may interfere with what we need to do. We will disable it until the machine is clean when it can be re-enabled.

- Open Windows Defender
- Select Tools and then General Settings
- Under Real Time Protection Options uncheck Turn on real-time protection
- Select Save
Don't forget to re-enable it, when your computer is clean.

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan only. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

After that, Reboot.

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (dss.exe) and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You must be logged onto an account with administrator privileges to complete the following.

Close all other windows before proceeding.

Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.

When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy and then paste the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.

Please post the "main.txt" log only for now.

Hi joeychaos88

Please right click on your desktop and make a new folder, name it HJT and move HJT into it.

I would like a couple files scanned.

Jotti File Submission:

Please go to Jotti's malware scan

Copy and paste the following file path into the "File to upload & scan "box one at a time on the top of the page:

C:\Users\ccity\AppData\Roaming\wklnhst.dat
C:\Windows\bthservsdp.dat

Click on the submit button

Please post the results in your next reply.

Download ComboFix from [color= "Red"]Here[/color] to your Desktop.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Please post the Jotti results for those two files and the combofix log.
