Help with Pixilating in IE6 and OL6

    It seems after the fiasco with dsl and at&t that my browser and email client seem to be messed up. I've reloaded IE6 and all, but no help...
    Help???:confused:

    all pictures look like the 'we're protecting the idenity of this person' the exceptions are the ads that cycle... :cool:
