   First of all, I am a brand-new member!! I tried to search for my problem and can't get results. If it has been asked, please forgive me. I will get better at this, I'm sure. Thanks for your help and patience. I can't open a forwarded email from a friend--says folder is a zmc file. HELP ME. Says Windows cannot open this file.

   You can Google "File Extensions" and find many sites to tell about extensions.
   
   .zmc = ZoneAlarm Mailsafe
   
   Odds are is that it isn't suppose to be open...One of you guys has Zone Alarm the firewall software...
