Hi Guys I have bit of a problem here

The technicians install Windows Xp on new pc's over here and are also supposed to install Office Xp , as administrators and also configure it initially as an administrator before logging in as a user and configuring it from there .

Unfortunately some of the technicians have logged in as the users and have configured the email boxes from there , with the consequence that the users get a "permission not allowed" message .

I've tried everything I could think of , since it's a easy mistake to make , I'm sure one of you guys might know how to get past this glitch .

    Try this

Open the "Manage Console "; by rite clicking My Computer & select Manage. Now open the "Services & Applications" menu, then open Services. Click the standard tab, double click "Application Management" in the rite side menu. Look on the "LOG ON" tab.....:)

    user accounts

In control panel you can change things globaly so the results will be in the manage console after a reboot to set them. Yes check user accounts to see if your persons trademark (so to speak) is there. The wizzard walks you thro a variety of selections so take it easy in here:)
