Some part of the folder interface cannot be seen. How can I see it?

The part circled in red inclusive with the blue backdrop going down cannot be seen. How do I make it viewable, I've tried the things under the view drop menu but to no avail. Please help me! Your efforts are greatly appreciated

 

Hi Jayex, welcome to the board.

Open any folder and click tool>options and on the general tab, make sure the line that says "show common tasks in folders" is selected.
