My computer came with Roxio basic and has been fine for years. Without warning, whenever I now right click on a drive letter in My Computer, Easy CD Basic attempts to re-install itself. After clicking cancel or allowing it play out unsuccessfully, I am able to access the right-click menu. This scenario repeats if I close My Computer and open it again. Any clues as to how to resolve this?? Thanks, Larry

Great little app. Stopped the problem! It also neutered some of the Roxio Start Menu links but I think that I can fix those. Thanks again, Larry

Turns out I couldn't fix them so I just went to the exe file and created a shortcut to the Desktop. Is there an easy way to fix them? They weren't accessible via the Taskbar and Star Menu Properties route. Thanks, Larry

    Hi Larry,

The easiest way I can think of re eatablishing the start menu links is to reinstall it.

Should have written this in my first post - before doing anything, create a manual system restore point to go back to.
