Lately when I print out a web page the fonts seem to have gotten smaller. I suppose it could be old age but nothing I can do about that. <G>

I checked under Tools\Options and only found one place to change the fonts.

Is there a place that I've overlooked?

    Thanks.

What is the selected font size?
Is this smaller font at all, or several websites?

I have Arial 26 and then when I click on Advanced I have Serif 26 and Monospace 15.

    All Greek to me.

Just wanted to let you know that I played around with the different font settings and that's when I realized it wasn't the font size while viewing the different sites that was what was bugging me.

It's the size of the font when printing off different articles ,etc.

How do you control the printer fonts while printing pages from web sites?

    Thanks.

Actually, there is something which you can do to get what you want, and, you led me to it. That is with the Advanced button. If the box to allows sites to choose their font is checked you are not going to get the desired font/size.
I unchecked the box, said ok, after having changed to a weird font, and tried Print preview. How does it look like. In your case you need to do only one thing, i.e. to uncheck that box in Advanced.
By the way this is nothing new. Found in NS7, etc. but in a more visible location.

I had already unchecked that box but that didn't seem to do it. I'll try again.

This time I will try a funky font to see if that does the trick.

    Thanks.

Okay, I've kind of got it figured out but have one more question.

On the Advanced tab what does Sans-serif and monospace pertain to? These are the second and third boxes.

    Thanks.

I picked this really strange looking font. The first thing I did wrong at first was change all three of those boxes to the same strange font. Of course then I didn't know which effected what I was looking at.

That's what prompted the last question. I couldn't figure out how those last two boxes effected me and my personal settings in FF since I had the option of changing them and then not being able to see what actually changed.

I'll check the link you provided but thought this was more a FF deal.

    Thanks.

The settings in Firefox are a bit different from NS7.x, but with the same content. I, never, even think about this issue, and, only a few times, in mail, I have been getting small fonts. Invariably, they were from AOL users.
