Need some help with HJT log

I'm trying to help a friend with their laptop. They are complaining that it is extremely slow, both on the net and in general. I updated Mcafee and ran a scan, I also installed Spybot, Adaware and AVG Antispyware and ran scans with all these. They mostly found cookies to remove, nothing really bad. I didn't see anything in the HJT log but thought I would let someone here take a look.

The computer does seem to be a little slow to me, especially during the startup and shutdown, but don't have any idea how fast it used to be. If there is nothing in the log I'll have a look elsewhere.

Not seeing any thing bad in the log.
McAfee and AVG Anti-Spyware Guard will slow it down a bit and there are a few items that don't need to run at start up.

I would also download ATF and run it.

Thanks for the reply. I'm glad there isn't any malware to clean up, what did you see in the startup that could go? I know that Mcafee will kind of slow things down, wasn't sure about the AVG spyware program. There is a lot in the system tray, I'm sure that anything I can eliminate will help. I'm running a defrag also, may not help but it won't hurt either.
