   I have just upgraded from IE6 to IE7 and would like to know what the security/safety settings should be ,I can remember that Arie used to have a guide to these settings on this site but i cannot find them, any help would be very welcome.

   I generally use the "default" settings and only get hacked into no more then once a week.....J/K about the getting hacked into
