    Hi,

    HJT log looks good.

    To delete this file:
    C:\WINDOWS\Tasks\SpywareRemover Scheduled Scan.job

Open "my computer ", then Open C:\
Open Windows folder then the "tasks" folder.

Locate SpywareRemover Scheduled Scan.job and delete it.

    This one..:
    Y:\Agents\Word\SpywareRemover

My computer> open the "Y" drive, then "Agents ", then "word ".
Locate and delete the SpywareRemover folder.

Let me know if any problems.

    Thanks :)

Hey Blender sorry it took so long for me to get back to you. I erased the first on but when I went to the Y drive I did not see that spyremover file.

    Hi,

    OK.
Most likely it has been removed by someone/something else and just the "task" left over pointing to it.

Let me know if everything is still running OK & we'll clean up the tools we used.

    Thanks :)

    Hi,

    Sorry for delay.
    Good things are well

Please download the OTMoveIt by OldTimer.

    Save it to your desktop.
    Double click it to run.
Click Cleanup! and follow the prompts.
most likely you will be asked to reboot.
    Please reboot.
OTMoveIT will delete itself when done.
What it just did was deleted the tools we used along with the folders created and backed up deleted files.

    -------------------

After a few reboots and checking to see that all is well; it is highly recommended to reset your system restore to remove any possible backed up infected files there.

    Right click "my computer "
    Click "properties "
    Click "system restore" tab
Checkmark "turn off system restore "
    Hit apply> ok> ok.

    Reboot

Go back and turn system restore back on by removing the check, hit apply, and OK.

A new restore point is created at this time.
You will not be able to restore computer to any earlier than today.
