Outlook 2000 message format

    Under Options > Mail Format > Message format I have Microsoft Outlook Rich Text selected and Use MS Word to edit email checked. My messages do not show the font size or color I have selected when received - just the standard size and black. When I select HTML it works but an attachment is sent with each message. Any ideas?

    Are you sending mail through the internet or on an internal network (i.e. Exchange environment)?
