i have a very strange problem with XP
when i connect to the internet -wireless,LAN, dial-up i can't browse any pages but pinging server and DNS works.
Browsing is working only in safe mode.

Hi CRISTUS and welcome to the BBS,
If the problem is similar to the one I came across, it was due to the internet security suite (McAfee). I disabled each of the sections of the suite, but it would still not connect. It would only connect when the security suite was uninstalled. The security suite was returned for a refund and AVG antivirus, Spybot antispyware and ZoneAlarm firewall installed in it's place (quite a difference in the cost/effectiveness ratio :D).
