It just keeps crashing.... [Panda finds rootkits]

Am running an Panda Active scan now and its picked up like 4 root kits....lol is a friends pc not mine thinkin i will let her know is time to back up and take 3 steps back and PUNT!

Looks like her c drive is full...no unused space pictured...also, I dont have a Tools tab on the properties....its a dell dimension 300, could they have left out the diagnostics that provides that when they installed the OS which is xp home btw...
I just updated IE to 7 but havent restarted cuz she went to bed and i dont know the password! lol
updated a lot too
cant download n e thing if i restart...hmpf...
o well guess my wrk is done for the night...lol

There's little we can do to help without some logs to start with. Please read this topic, then post the appropriate logs. It's also helpful for us if you save the report from the Panda scan and post it as well.

Side note ........ in general, it's best to get a computer cleaned of infections prior to applying missing Windows Updates.
