Elongated photos on wide screens.

    I notice that on some sites I've made, even though I have the photos sized properly, on my husband's wide screen, the photos appear very wide.
    Is there something I can do with my html to avoid this happening please?

    i may be wrong, but it might not be an issue of HTML at all.
    his widescrren monitor could be running at a non widescreen resolution. do other things on his monitor appear stretched? you may want to try opening up the photos just in windows rather than in the webpage to see if it makes a difference.
