Netscape 7.2 will not open

I recently had to use recovery on my HP 1400y running XP account freeze up. At the suggestion of HP techs I have done it 3 times !!! I use Netscape 7.2 Navigator and 7.2 Mail. They will not load. Netscape browser 8 will??? I uninstalled, dowloaded and installed fresh but no success. I had to reinstall a lot of MS programs account missing files.There are other problems but lets fix this first. Mac,

Uninstall Netscape 7.2 using Add/Remove

Next:
Delete the GRE folder located here:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\mozilla.org\GRE

Delete the C:\Program Files\Netscape\Netscape folder
If you have installed plugins, first move the plugins folder to a temporary location.

Reboot your PC

Reinstall Netscape 7.2, using a new offline install file:
ftp://ftp.netscape.com/pub/netscape7/english/7.2/windows/win32/sea/

Select the: NSSetup-Full.exe file

This should fix your problem.
