error message 7023

    Computer takes about 3 times to start:- the %1 service terminated with the following error %2 I traced it to the event log error 7023 got so desperate reformated disc re installed windows But still have this error 7023:mad:

    I have tried some of these fixes to no avail only one seems to deal with IPSEC
    can you think of other answers

    next start up problem

    computer still shuts down 3 times on start up,in
    event viewer EventID: 6005,6009 and 6006
    these all refer to holding down CTRL X ALT X DELETE
    I am obviously not doing this as I am just switching on and starting my computer
    any Ideas please

    netsh winsock reset
