this is probably way simple for you outlook experts but i just dont do enough outlook support to know the answer to this one...

I have someone who is using outlook and has created a whole ton of folders.

In some folders the current view displays the subject and in others the subject column is missing. I can go to each individual folder and right click to add the subject column, but it would be very time consuming.

is there a way to set the view so that it displays the subject column for all folders? like a "reset to default" setting?

It is simple, in outlook, make sure all folder's view is same. which means, when you are in a folder, click on View and arrage by, you can either select same view for all the folders or you can custom a view and use that for all the folders. hope that helps
