The block sender functions sole purpose in life is to move mail to the deleted items folder....That makes it a very likely culprit...If I were sitting in your chair, I would remove everything from the list to see if it solves the problem. There could be some behind the scene glitch....

If you wanted to, you could backup and list and retore it if needed.

Very difficult to help if you're not at the affected computer. I have never heard of this before. There has to be a rule that moves email to the deleted items.

As a last resort, I would remove/reinstall the email client.

    Problem Receiving Reports

Steve: I have emptied "blocked sender list" one at a time. Unfortunately there did not seem to be any other way
Thanks for Olexp info, but i do not want to do all that, i may print it for future use if needed.

Arie:I do not know wher E~Mail Client is.
There is a program called Log me in Rescue available at http://www.logmein.com or http://www.logmeinrescue.com where you can "take over" my computer, but it cost $100. a month or $1100. a year, then you could be in business fixing all this by Remote Control for a nominal fee.

    Hello Steve:
Yes the 8pm and 9;30pm reports came straight to Inbox on XP 'puter.I guess emptying the Blocked Sender list was the correct answer.
File that under "who would have guessed it "
Thanks to you and Arie for all your efforts.
