I keep getting this error when logging on and off

    I have this problem in my computer, when logging on and off for some time now. (it also happens during the log off sequence when shuting down).

    I have win XP pro, and around 3 months ago I disconnected the diskette drive, because I am just not using it. Ever since then I have been getting this annoying error when logging on or off, and I'm afraid it's kinda out of my hands.

    Sometimes, regardless of what button you click (cancel, try again, or continue), it pops up again, even 2 or 3 times!

    Here's a picture of the error.

    Maybe you could help me?

    Disable the drive in the BIOS and or Device Manager.

    Have you removed the device in Device Manager?
