I am running Windows XP Medai Centre, and have recently experienced a problem with my e.mail provider page (mail2world). I can log in OK but then the message 'cannot display this page' comes up and 'cannot find server' although I have no problem accessing all other web pages. Sometimes I can click on a menu button and see my e.mails but when I try to access them the same messages as above appear. Again, I can sometimes see my contacts and even draft an e.mail, but when I click on 'Send' the same error messages appear. Any help would be appreciated!

I assume you are using IE6 or IE7.
Clear out your Temporary Internet files.
    If problem continues ...
I would be suspicious you have some corrupted cookies for problem site. Try to you find all of the sites cookies and delete them (sometimes they can be cryptic). It maybe simpler to clear / delete your cookie file, but you may need to logon to some sites to rebuild cookies. Don't worry about hurting anything doing the above. As long as you know all of your username/passwords to sites which require logon, you will be fine.

Thanks for your help Dennis L.
The web site appears to working normally today so it may have been something specific to that site.
However, I will do what you say (I do clear my temporary files anyway on a regular basis) as it may prevent similar problems.

    Thank you for posting back.
Your web mail provider apparently had some site problems.
