    Hello all,

I receive an error message several times a day when using Outlook, and sometimes in IE as well, stating that "Outlook Express (or IE) has caused an error in DIBENG.DLL and must be shut down ". What's happening and what can I do to fix it?

    Thanks!

    Hi disaacs
Welcome to the boards. Have you tried using system file checker and restoring it from your Win98 CD cab files?

No, how would I go about doing that? FYI, I'm running ME and I'm not sure that I even have a Win 98 CD around anymore.

    Thanks!

Tried that.....the calendar would only let me go back to May, so I tried the earliest date in May I could, but got a message saying the restore was unsuccessful because the computer hadn't changed. So no luck there. Thanks though!
