    Hi:

    Working with new Windows Vista.

    Windows mail.

When we select "Create Mail" the selections are From. CCC and Subject.

    What happened to BCC ?

We could compose a "Slave" mails and indicate persons to blind copy to.
Then just copy and paste to the BCC field.

Now we have to pick one address at a time and select BCC.

Again - What happened to the BCC capability ?

    Thanks

PS: Or am I too dumb to see the solution ?

It is/was exactly the same in Outlook Express - at some time in the past you must have clicked on Show all headers :)
