    :confused:
    I am having problems with Win XP Pro. I needed to reinstall Avg7(free). I uninstalled the corrupted software and cleared out all residual references to Avg7.I then downloaded and attempted to install Avg7. I received an error message : Installation Failed cannot find Path C:\Documents and Settings\All Users \Application Data\ Avg7Data.

    I searched for the Application Data folder, knowing it is a hidden folder. It doesn't exist. How do I get it back?

    I would appreciate any help I can get!!

    What happenes when you copy/paste C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\ in the Address bar in Windows Explorer?

    Thank you for your suggestion. It worked!! I had to add a further folder: " Grisoft" Now Agv 7.5 is looking after me once again.

    Hi Jamesblu. Normally this folder is hidden because it is a System folder. Make sure that Tools > Folders Options > View has

    1) Checked: Display the contents of System folders;

    2) Selected: Hidden files and folders > Show hidden files and folders.
