Outlook Express 6 backup; .dbx to many eml files

I'm used Outlook Express 6,
If need backup my email (name).dbx file is simple copy to my DVD ?
any missing ?

But, because that .dbx maybe include 10000 emails....
If each by each/split dbx to eml file; to save {subject_name}.eml files ?


Mean:
Begin 1 .dbx file include 10000 emails
Source: 1 .dbx file
Output: auto create {subject}/{time}{date}.eml files ' output 10000 eml files

Possible ?


And: Can you tell me that .eml file can support attach ? (.exe/.doc/.xls/.jpg....)
and that email header (from,to,via(ipaddress),subject,date/time)...
