    Helloooo. Hoping someone can help!

I've a Win2k PC, loaded from ZenWorks imaging. The idea was to update the software and re-save the image, to roll out over the network.

When I loaded SP3 from the Windows update site, on my next boot, after logging in the following message appears:

    WMRUNDLL.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x10001e54" referenced memory at "0x00098000 ". The memory could not be read. Click ok to debug, cancel to close.

I have searched the knowledge base etc for info on this error; also the news groups, with no joy. :(
Can anyone tell me what the PC is trying to do when this comes up? And can anyone suggest a fix? I know it's when this Sp gets loaded coz I've done it 3 times now.. Am considering stopping at SP2 on the next load - anyone got any advice?

    Thanks in advance.

Thanks again, Daizy. I've received an updated client and a patch for the client as well, so I'm going to try an upgrade (following some of the advice in the last link) and hopefully that'll be the end of it.

    :D Cheers. I owe u!
