This mind sound weird or I have brain fade, but I used to have an icon in the tool bar with Netscape which allowed me to access the Desktop contents.
If I was sending an email and wanted to access something stored for sending on the Desktop, I could just hit the Desktop Icon and all windows would minimize revealing the Desktop screen.

I can't seem to find out how to make this link in Sea Monkey.

    Could someone help please.

    Thank you.

For WinXP just press the Windows key + D to quickly minimize all windows or right click the taskbar and select Show the Desktop.

  3. to hide this advert.

Thank you so much. Like I said, brain fade and help just tells you how to create link to an item on the desktop via shortcut.

    So simple and appreciated.

    Gloria,

    Another option:

Open Windows Explorer, and browse to the Quick Launch folder:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

Right click the Show Desktop shortcut, and select: Create Shortcut

Drag the Show Desktop shortcut to the Quick Launch Toolbar.
