can't install Outlook Express

    All of a sudden my Outlook Express stopped loading. I received an error message "Outlook Express has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." it won't debug. i've tried every kind of microsoft solution, debugging, uninstalling Internet Explorer and reinstalling. I even went to a live microsoft chat and they couldn't help.

    can't get outlook express to work

    yes, i did that. still doesn't work.
