Trying to recover files from a CD Drive

I am running IOLO Search and Recover to recover files which have been deleted but I now need to scan a CD. The problem is that the CD drive is not visible.
If somebody can tell me what I need to do to make it visible I would be very grateful.

The disk was only quick erased.
All the files should be intact but IOLO Search & Recover does not display the drive in its list of available drives to scan.

It sounds like you are using UDF format of the CD-RW disk. UDF is a special format of CD-RW disks. You will need to read the information about IOLO Search & Recover and see if it can recover files from UDF formatted disks (check the Help menu and information at their website).
