BSOD win32k!xxxDestroyThreadInfo+327

    Hi all,

    this is my first posting here and I hope you can help me :).

    Since several weeks I have BSODs everytime I shut down my Windows XP Computer. I spend hours in searching google for some hints, I managed to analyze the Memory Dump but now I don't know what to do.

    In the !analyze -v view of my dump file you can see that the problem is caused by the action win32k!xxxDestroyThreadInfo+327. Google knows nothing about it.

    I will post you my dumb file analysis and my Computer Specifications. It would be so nice if someone could help me with this problem. If there is anything missing please tell me.

    Your version of Creative SB Driver and 3Com Network Drivers are unstable. Especially 3Com Network Drivers (el90xbc5.sys) has known software problem which cause Bugcheck code C2. Upgrade Creative SB Driver and 3Com Network Drivers to latest version.

    thank you for your answer.

    Something interesting happend. I always sent the error messages to Microsoft after reboot. And every time the information in the browser window said there COULD be a driver error. The last time I got the error again, I got the information that my Soundblaster Drivers caused the error. So i updated them and since then there was no crash. I hope this is fixed now, but who knows.
