    Hi to all!

MY Win XP Media Center Edition computer has been doing this for a few weeks now.

During bootup, it will Update AVG. But then it will now always tell me that I have to reboot (Update Manager) and the tray icon is grey. This is very annoying... especially if my wife or the kids use the computer because they won't reboot...

My other XP computers (XP Home Edition) work as always. Very occasionally I'll have to reboot the tower and my laptop hasn't given me any trouble... yet!

Is this an AVG issue with MCE?
Or an MCE issue with AVG?
    Or .......

    Everything is up to date.

    Any ideas / suggestions ?

Go to control panel add/remove click AVG and do a repair.

If this does not do it uninstall AVG reboot then reinstall
