    Hi guys.

Inside our LAN, is a Linksys wireless router.

Now I need to make all PCs connected from that router to be virtually networked in the LAN outside that wireless router. How do I do that? Thanks in advance.

There are a number of ways to do VPN. What are you trying to achieve? Remote access for support, connection to a particular application?

Model of router would be helpful. Is the router your default gateway to the internet?

Our network has a SonicWall PRO 2040 firewall as Gateway to our 512 mbps leaseline.

All the client PCs are connected there through a switch. And at the same time, a Linksys WRT54G Wireless router is connected to that switch.

Only Laptops use that wireless router to connect to the internet. But of course, the desktops cannot see those laptops in LAN.

Now I need to create a VPN to browse those laptops in our network.

Your SonicWall PRO 2040 firewall supports its own VPN system. Therefore there is no need to get third party VPN products. In my experience the VPN service provided by a hardware firewall is easier to set up and more reliable than software products. Therefore, I recommend you use the Sonicwall solution. Look for an alternative only if you find a problem with the SonicWall VPN.

There is a whole section on setting up VPN for your router in the SonicWall Standard Administration Guide for your router:

    http://www.sonicwall.com/us/support/230_2749.html

VPN section is on pages 199-276.

Be aware that bandwidth is always limited over VPN. To get the best use of VPN choose a small number of low bandwidth applications (HTTP Intranet, FTP, and Remote desktop for example) and stick to those. Browsing remote systems' file systems using standard Microsoft file sharing is almost always problematic over VPN.
