Ok so I just recently built a new PC so I know everything in it from top to bottom.

Here is the specifications on it:

Intel Pentium 4 3.00 GHz CPU with HyperThreading Technology (BIOS=Enabled)
    1GB of DDR2 RAM
4GB Of Disk Space (lil low on cash at the end)
    Asus P5LP-LE Motherboard (Proprietary)
GeForce 7100 GS Video Card (essential to know for this post)
    CD Reader/DVD Writer Drive
Running XP Pro Service Pack 2

What I am doing it hooking the PC to my TV, I have color and all that fun stuff, my only peeve is that the text is extremely hard to read, even though I am 16 and my eyes are fine, I have no glasses, the text is really hard to read its fuzzy or choppy or seomthing. The TV is either a 27 inch or a 32 inch, which one I am not too sure about.

I have tried making it bigger (that would make it less bold) but that didn't help me in any way possible, I have been fiddling around with the settings in the panel the video card came with and they don't help, I am stumped as to what I can do here.

Also the colors are still a little bit off, is there any program that can like make it so that it automatically changes things to be good on a TV. Kind of like an auto tuner but in a different sense, I am hoping to get a nice monitor but until that day comes, I have no way of viewing the PC without using RDC on another computer which is really nerve racking.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Elite

Your problem is one of screen resolution - the resolution of a TV screen is far less than that of a computer monitor - CRT or LCD.

Look for yourself - view a computer monitor from a couple of inches away and everything is sharp, view a TV screen from the same distance and all you see is a mass of coloured pixels.

You will have to wait for that monitor - get hold of an old 17" CRT from a computer repair shop until your 'real' monitor comes along.

Unitl you can afford that monitor, try setting your desktop resolution to 640x480 if it isn't already.

That is the most agreeable resolution for downscaling to NTSC composite or S-Video.
