msconfig hang

    Hello,

    New PC, clean install. Everything went fine.
    msconfig,
    unchecked windows live messenger,
    restarted,
    had the msconfig utility windows, tick it so that it won't appear again,
    NOW THE SYSTEM HANG!!! (the system utility windows disappear, but its bar still appear in the taskbar and hang).

    Please advise.

    I restarted, F8, last good known configuration and all went ok.
