I set up a port in trying to connect to a network printer that I would like to delete. How do I do this? Thanks.

Does the "Delete a Port" button in the printer properties do anything?

I created the port to install a network printer but I was never able to connect the printer - but the port exists in a drop down list of available ports to do this in the printer wizard.
