    I just bought a new HP a6110n pc loaded with Vista Home Premium. I also loaded Outlook 2002 which is my e-mail software. I seem to have a compatibility issue. Receiving and sending messages works fine. When I get a message which includes an internet link, when I click on the link though, I get a Looking for a Link Browser dialogue box and cannot get to the web page. The same message will work fine on my yahoo mail. for example I get the digital N.Y. Times. When I click on any link to get to an article, I get the dialogue box. If I forward that message to my yahoo mail and click on the link, no problem, I go straight to the web page.
    I found no help on the Microsoft Outlook help and I also spent an hour in chat mode with HP and no help there either.
    Any help??
    Thanks,
    Ken

    Outlook Security settings

    It sounds like you haven't changed the settings to allow links/pictures for the email you are trying to view. Right click the email and click Allow content or Allow pictures.

    secirity settings

    You need to right click the email title not the actual email in the reading pane.

    Look in Tools->Options->Mail Format tab.
    Do you have the Use MS Word boxes checked? If so, try unchecking them and see if it makes a difference.
