I've been using Outlook 2003 for months with no problem. All of the sudden when I try adding a new appointment on the calander, I get the following message: The form required to view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your administrator. I am the administrator and am using XP pro. All the other forms (events, notes, etc.) work fine. Can someone please help?

    Try this after closing outlook.

    1. Go to Start
    2. Go to Run
    3. Type outlook.exe /resetfolders and hit enter
    4. Close the Outlook that opens
    5. Try to create an appt.

Nice try, but it didn't work. I tried it twice.

What happened when you tried all the options in the link above?

    Hey Steve,
Thanks for getting back to me. I tried several options which did not work; finally I did the "clear cache" option and it was successful. Now, I just have to remember that trick for the next time the cache is full!
    Thanks,
    Bob
