I was given an old hard drive from an xbox, along with the password, but I am unsure as to how I go about unlocking it for use in my PC, anyone know of a way?

;) I'm clueless about using an xbox HDD in a PC. Darn! Seemed like at least one of those 1st-page search results would have helped.

Guess we'll have to wait for someone familiar with your issue to assist. :(

I was fearing that, if you could get me the links to the sites you thought might help that would be better.

I have tried that but the floppy drives I use to make that disk all give errors at 9% done, and then goes no further, I have used a few different floppies, and 3 or so different disk drives!

I don't get it, I just used the one drive like 4 hours ago to make one :S

I can open didsks but still not make them? :S
