I have seen this before but I can't remember how I got rid of it. I thought it was a simple thing untill it tried to get rid of it  Can someone tell me how to do this? ,thank you.

Open any Explorer window and click Tools>Folder Options. On the General tab, select 'Use Windows classic folders' and click OK.

You lost me there. Sounds as though you went to the Control Panel and right clicked on Folder Options. Am I correct?
