ok, i have an extremely crapp geforce 4 MX set at 64MB shared memory. Now, i just upgrade to one gigabyte of memory. i have a couple of questions regarding th options in the BIOS/CMOS screen...
would it be safe to change the shared memory to 128MB? i wanna squeeze a little more juice outt the POS.
Would it be safe to change the CPU multiplyer to a higher settings?
At the top of the BIOS/CMOS screen, it says setting some of these settings to the wrong values may cause you computer to malfunction... i want it to be safe enought to at least change the settings back to where they were if something indeed does go wrong. Also, i just upgraded my PSU to a 430Watt

    Yes, that's not a problem.

No, that's one of those things that if you have to ask, you shouldn't change it.

Do you mean the AGP Aperture setting? If yes, higher is most always better than lower.

Very well put! That question can open a huge can of worms but your reply answers it perfectly.
