I have disabled Admin Login. When booting up computer it ask me to click on Admin Icon which is no longer there so that is as far as I can go. This computer has Windows XP Pro.
I found that if I hit ctrl alt delete twice, a box comes up with two lines. 1st line says administrator and 2nd line asks for password.
I deleted the password a while back and was getting by by just clicking on the icon during boot up. I went into control panels Administrative tools and into systems. I disabled The login admin.
    Is there any hope?

I know of no way to reverse your actions without having another user account with admin. privileges. I think you're locked out and will need to reinstall Windows. Installing back to the same folder without formatting will retain your personal files but will require you to reinstall any software that was Registry dependent.

If you had any encrypted files, you will lose access to those.
