For some reason, when I boot the computer up and call up the home page, it likes just a bit opening to the full size of the screen. Even after I click on the enlarge box, most of the pages (web sites) thereafter also open up at less than full screen size. What to do?

Why did someone stick my post in the Microsoft mail/Outlook express forum? It should have something to do with Windows XP. It has nothing to do with emailing.

I suspect a slip of the cursor :) I assume you are referring to Internet Explorer Home Page?

    Solution ....

    Open a web page
Drag the window to the max size you want it - full screen if you like
    Open a new duplicate window - Ctrl+N
    Close the first window.
Hold down the Shift key and close the remaining window using File > Exit.

Subsequent windows should open to the size you set.

An alternative is to use IEMaximiser

You're welcome :) - IE can be a right PITA in that respect, even 7.

I used the maximizer as pages can't be stretched fully manually. It works really well.

Yes - I have used it for a number of years on other boxes.
