kavboj - Welcome to the Board :)

DkLog.exe is a legitimate program associated with DataKey - I suggest you reload the program.

Right click My Computer icon > Manage > Services ...

Scroll down to Datakey's Log Service & Datakey's Token Service, double click on each and set to disabled and OK out. You will need to reboot.

Does this solve the problem and is anything not working?

There are some things to possinbly be concerned about in the HjT log:

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [WhenUSave] "C:\Program Files\Save\Save.exe "
This is from When You SaveNow adware, often installed along side of freeware file sharing applications. It is supposed to deliver advertisements specific to you. If you are not aware of having installed it then uninstall it via add remove programs.
    http://www.spywareguide.com/spydet_2376_whenu_savenow.html

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: WgaLogon - C:\WINDOWS\
Thisfile path is essentially empty, HjT cannot read the file name or a trojan is hiding.

Use HjT to remove it ONLY ONLY ONLY if you encounter more issues w/ your comp or experience symptoms of a malware infection such as slowness, internet problems, applications failing, random restarts, wallpaper or homepage changes, etc. etc. The idea is "if it isn't broke don't fix it ". It could very well be that line is a leftover from a previous antivirus or antimalware program that did it's job, or it could be that HjT cannot read the file that's supposed to be there. Best to leave well enough alone for now.
