OK, here's the problem. About 3 months ago I started to be unable to send or receive e-mails. Also took forever to load Outlook. Have had Outlook for 5 yrs. and no problems. Also cannot delete any e-mails I do have in my Inbox or in any of my Outlook folders. Message received says, Outlook.pst could not be acessed and Cyclic redundancy check also mentioned. Is this related to some update around that time that may have caused this problem. Couldn't figure it out on my own so have been using Bellsouth's (AT&T) web e-mail access instead.

Version of Outlook is Microsoft Outlood 2003 (11.8118.8132) SP2 Part of Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003

    mailbox 1.11 mb
    archive 265 kb
Outlook Off data file 27 mb

    Which version are you using?

Check and see what size your .pst file(s) are.

    Cyclic Redundancy check

Thank you. I went to Microsoft and looked up this type of error and found several resolutions. Will try them now and see if I can resolve myself.
