    Hi gOber
    Welcome to windowsbbs

I see you're running the new Trend Micro HijackThis! beta version. We in the forums prefer at this time not to use it, until they have ironed out all the wrinkles, so would you please download the older version, 1.99.1 and run a new log.

Click here to download "HJTsetup.exe ".

    1. Save HJTsetup.exe to your desktop.
    2. Double-click on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop.
(By default it will install to C:\Program Files\Hijackthis)
    3. Continue to click Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the Select Additional Tasks dialogue.
    4. Put a check by Create a desktop icon and then click Next again.
    5. Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.
    6. At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch HijackThis.
    7. Click on the Do a system scan and save a log file button.
(It will scan and the log should open in Notepad.)
    8. Click on "Edit" > "Select All" to higlight the entire Notepad contents.
    9. Then click on "Edit" > "Copy ".
    10. Come back here to this thread and Paste the log in your next reply.
(Right-click in the message body field and select "Paste ".)
CAUTION: DO NOT have HijackThis "fix" anything without carefully following expert guidance. Otherwise, you might render your computer unstable or even unbootable. Most of what HijackThis finds will be harmless or even required.

Thanks you your reply... but i already format my computer =(

I have one question hope you can help me...
I install demo version this software http://www.tropsoft.com/pcsecurity/ and i use firewall ZoneLabs after i install this program i zonelabs alert me this msg.
    ---------------------

sdaemon is trying to create a new process.

The current security setting for sdaemon does not permit this action. Your computer is safe.
    What should I do?

ZoneAlarm Pro has blocked sdaemon from creating a new process. If you trust sdaemon and believe it requires a process to be created, then you may want to change the Trust Level of this program. It is also possible that the attempt to create a process was malicious in nature. In that case, you should not change the Trust Level so that your system will continue to be protected.

    Why?

sdaemon is potentially malicious. This is particularly true if the new process will load malicious programs or utilize an excessive amount of CPU time, memory, and other resources.

    ----------------------

    This program safe Geri?

    Thanks you

    Regards,
    Shen

    Hi gOber

    O23 - Service: winser - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\winsersec.exe

If you did not have this software
I install demo version this software http://www.tropsoft.com/pcsecurity/
Then I would be looking at malware, but from what I have been able to find this file winsersec.exe seems to be part if that program that you downloaded and zonealarm sees that file as malware, because there is malware with the same file name.

I don't know anything about the program you down loaded though.

Other wise your log looks clean.

    Hi
You would need to uninstall the software you downloaded, you could end up with error messages if you just delete the servise or file.

    Hi
It's not on the list here...
    http://www.spywarewarrior.com/rogue_anti-spyware.htm

But the people on that board don't seem to like it.

There are many good programs out there. AdAware, SpyBot S&D SuperAnti-Spyware.

You would be better off with these.
