what on my PC is this?!

hiya all Xpertz
ive got this problem,both on my home PC & laptop
i had this powerful virus... which i thought i was able to remove
but after a few days i realized the the infected files had been removed but the virus seemed to stay
the thing that made me realize this is that whenever i enabled the "show hidden files" from the folder options it goes automatically back to "don't show hidden files" by itself
which is a sympton to another unknown problem
NE ways
i tried to configure it manually from the registry
i got some help from

but that didnt solve the problem
i just showed all files including system files
& both options in the folder options aren't enabled
can anyone tell me a way to solve my problem without formatting my pc
BTW
i have tried to reinstall/repair my version of windows
