Netscape 7.2 can't find new e-mail account

    I created a new e-mail account, but it didn't appear in the
    left hand window with the rest of my accounts.

    So I tried to create a new one and Netscape informed me
    that there is already an account with that e-mail address and
    wouldn't let me.

    Any ideas?

    Is this POP mail? Same or different domain as existing ones? (i.e. the @....).
    If you look at your Edit|Mail Accounts, do you see a listing for that account? It would be at the bottom of the list. I got 10 accounts, five of which are from the same domain, so a new account would be out of sight. Make sure that you check everything in Edit|Mail Accounts before trying to do anything with it.
    Typically, you should see the name of the account, and I give the accounts names which I can understand, editing what is coming up, in the wizard. It is not necessary, but it helps to pick out the correct account.
