Since updating to Windows Media 11 - I now have the problem of not being able to view my videos in full screen. It comes out jerky- when going back to normal screen this clears up. Has anyone else had this problem with Windows Media 11 & how do I go about fixing this.
Thanks & I hope someone can help me with getting answers.

Let's try the easy stuff first.
Open WMP - Click on Tools -Options - Performance.
From this view, locate Video acceleration and the arrow/icon along a line marked "None and Full ". Put your cursor on arrow, left click hold and DRAG the arrow half the distance to the left. Now left click Apply button. OK out of all the screens and try WMP 11, full screen mode. If it works, with a number of your problem movies, you can go back to Video acceleration adjustment and take small adjustments to the RIGHT and try to find the sweet spot.

    Hi again Dennis L

I got the instructions wrong, but again the video acceleration was not highlighted so I was unable to drag to a different position.
don't know why this is so ???
