I have set up users for my computer as two people use it a lot. However, when I recieve a message via microsoft outlook or delete one, the messege appears/deletes from the other user's microsoft outlook. On my account i have my own email set as default, and for the other user, he has his email set as deafault.

It also shares contacts as well as messages too, what is wrong?

Sounds like you're using the same PST file for both Outlook mail profiles. For each profile create it's own Personal Folder (PST) and your woes should go away.

    Basically, yes!

Pick one user you want to leave alone. With the other user logged in, open Outlook, go to Tools -> Services, select Personal Folders and click "Remove ". Now, click "Add ", select Personal Folders from the list and click "OK ". You'll now see a windows asking you to browse to or create a new PST file. DO NOT select a PST, instead type a new name (perhaps the name of the user) for your new PST and click "Open ", set any personal folder options you want on the next screen, click "OK" twice and your in buisness.

Now both users will no longer be sharing the same PST file. :D Give us a holler if you have any questions or problems.
