Backdoor.Win32.SdBot.xd detected by Kaspersky, how do i remove?

Kaspersky detected a Trojan program this morning identofied as Backdoor.Win32.SdBot.xd i have Ad-Aware and AVG Anti-Spyware before running HijackThis. HijackThis had a problem while running, with the following message:
"For some reason your computer denied write access to the Hosts file.
If any hijacked domains are in this file, HijackThis may NOT be able to fix this…. "

I am running Windows Vista

Can you tell us where KAV says the bot is located at, fiel path please.

I have looked over your log and have not found anything to indicate any problems.

There are however a few minor items we can fix using HJT, unrelated to malware.

Open Hijackthis, select the [Do a system scan only] button and look over the following entries I have listed, check the boxes [] next to them and press the [Fix Checked] button. When you are doing this, make sure you have No IE windows, nor any other browsers open, including this one. Reboot if I have specified below, and post a fresh HijackThis log.
