Office XP Word

    Hello, I'm use office xp (Word) , but some question can you help me.

    One document / letter, some word is use style:[BOLD] and use color [COLOR]
    text.


    Can batch changed that:
    select [RED COLOR TEXT] to [GREEN COLOR TEXT]
    select [STYLES BOLD] to [RED and BOLD text]


    Is possible ?

    Hi visee, I use Word 2003 XP and yes if you hilite the text you can change the colour and font size, bold and underline. I'm sure if you try it you'll be able to. I wonder whether Ramona has had time to look at your query. I quite often copy & paste emails to Word and carry out editing and corrections before printing a hard copy or forwarding to friends.
